Tales from Shaolin: Pt One Shakey Dog

Tales From Shaolin reinterprets the works of the Wu Tang Clan as a Shakespeare-meets-Tarantino, crime-filled action dark comedy! Using the lyrics from the song “Shakey Dog” by Ghostface Killah, Part One: “Shakey Dog” stars Stephen Hill as our narrator “Ghost” and Dominique Spencer as the quiet yet eager Frank in this tale of a stick up gone wrong.

Featuring an original score by indie Hip Hop producers Jake Summers, Eno Noziroh, and Wino Willy, Shakey Dog also stars Ninja N. Devoe, Angel Sanchez, Nasser Metcalfe, and Clinton Lowe – with special appearance by elusive Hip Hop super-producer Megahertz. Produced by Jeremy Sample, Stephen Hill, Marquette Jones, and Janie McFadden along with director Louis A. Moore and screenwriter J. Michael Neal.

Director Biography – Louis A. Moore
I’ve been a storyteller for as long as I can remember. Growing up in North Philadelphia, I would construct elaborate narratives with toys as my performers. As I’ve grown older the medium has changed, as have my performers, but the drive to build worlds and craft stories has remained the same. I eventually left Philly to put myself through Los Angeles Film School. There I not only learned the ins and outs of film-making, but also found my calling. Constructing a team, securing funding, making deals in order to bring someone else’s vision to reality – I took to producing and creative producing with the same glee that I took to my toy box! A short time after graduation I started 1193 Productions, and while I worked on films like One and Done, Three of Us, Broken Angels, and Twenty Something, I diligently toiled away at my dream of building an empire.

I grew up aspiring to be the next Spielberg, and while that dream may seem impossible, bringing impossible dreams to reality is exactly what a producer and director does. And once you get a taste of making that happen, nothing can stop you.
